How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to AyeletStore within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting our customer service. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. So, we are unable to change or cancel orders.

Are your goods first quality?

Yes, all of our products that we carry and sell are first quality and don’t have any major defects.

How do I return defective goods?

You may return your order to Ayelet Store within 14 days of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out.
